Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or preference-related reasons.

We stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly address any issues related to defects or errors.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once reviewed, we will work with our fulfillment partner to provide a replacement or refund when applicable.

Order Cancellations

Orders enter production shortly after being placed and cannot be canceled once fulfillment has begun.

Size Information

Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before purchasing. We are unable to offer size exchanges due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
