Order & Shipping

Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can click the link in the email to follow your package.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Printful fulfills orders within 1–3 business days. Shipping times are then based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.

Q: My tracking number isn’t updating. What do I do?
A: Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours after the carrier receives the package. If it still hasn’t updated, email us at thefamiliars@theforgottengrimoire.com.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All items are printed and fulfilled by Printful, a trusted print-on-demand production partner.

Q: What printing method do you use?
A: Most apparel is printed using DTG (direct-to-garment) printing for high-quality, long-lasting designs.

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Every product page includes a detailed size guide from Printful. We recommend checking measurements before purchasing, as sizes may vary by product.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Q: What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
A: Contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work with Printful to send a replacement or refund.

Q: Can I return a product if I ordered the wrong size?
A: Because every item is made to order, we cannot accept size-exchange returns. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders begin fulfillment immediately and cannot be canceled once they are placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept most major payment methods available through WooCommerce, including credit/debit cards.
